Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in wellness activities, including but not limited to physical exertion, use of equipment, and interaction with other participants. All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Ruxapol are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws:

All written materials, videos, audio content, and program designs are proprietary to Ruxapol
Materials provided for personal use during programs may not be reproduced or distributed without permission
You may not record, photograph, or otherwise capture program content without express written permission

Termination and Suspension
